Graduated with a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) (2001), where he also completed postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure Law (2003). He has been a scholarship holder and participant in several seminars and workshops sponsored by various international organizations such as CISAC, IFPI, WIPO, FILAIE, among which we can highlight, but not limited to: XI Theoretical-Practical Training Course on Collective Management, Montevideo, Uruguay (2002), Ibero-American Training Course on Intellectual Property Rights of Performers, Madrid, Spain (2004), XIII Regional Academic Course OMPI/SGAE On Copyright And Related Rights For Latin American Countries, Mexico City, Mexico (2007), International Seminar on Copyright and Related Rights, Santo Domingo de Guzmán, Dominican Republic (2014); He has authored several articles published in the main legal journals of the Dominican Republic, as well as in various newspapers of national circulation. Lecturer and teacher in various seminars and workshops on copyright law.

As for his professional practice, he has more than twenty (20) years of uninterrupted professional experience, dedicating most of his time to the area of civil, real estate, administrative, labor and criminal litigation, where he has had the opportunity to work in various law firms, private entities, as well as collective management entities of copyright and related rights. He currently serves as director of the Litigation Department, ensuring the provision of a personal and direct service in all the processes handled by the firm.
