Her professional practice focuses on civil, commercial, real estate, labor, administrative and criminal litigation. In his beginnings, he worked in the law firm Mercedes Santos & Asoc. for two (2) years, in the execution of contracts, transfer of motor vehicles, instrumentation of files and drafting of legal documents. Also, Ordinary Bailiff of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeals of the Province of Santo Domingo. Currently, he serves as paralegal of the Litigation Department, providing assistance to lawyers in conducting research, drafting legal documents, preparing cases, representing clients in court, in the organization and management of legal documents, proceedings before the DGII of Non-Possession Priority Movable Guarantee Contracts on Motor Vehicles, transfers of motor vehicles and real estate transfers.
